Meet the Owner & Founder: David Anderson

With over 30 years in the construction and development industry, David Anderson has overseen projects ranging from custom coastal homes to large-scale commercial developments. He has successfully estimated, managed, and completed over $100 million in construction.

After decades on the construction side, David grew increasingly frustrated with a recurring pattern: owners being left vulnerable—facing unclear bids, incomplete or poorly coordinated design plans, hidden costs, and contractors whose interests didn’t always align with theirs.

He founded Cornerstone Construction Advisors to change that. As an Owner’s Representative, David serves as the client’s advocate—bringing professional oversight, clear communication, and trusted leadership to every project.

Whether guiding a complex build or safeguarding a seasonal estate, David’s goal remains the same: protect the owner’s investment with clarity, integrity, and unmatched experience.
